Top
£85 per calendar month.
Top squad is for the most able, capable and talented swimmers, who have
the ability and dedication to compete at and above County Championship
level. Training is focused on developing swimmers to very high standards in
all areas, in line with British Swimming recommendations. Training includes
stamina and sprint work, all at varying distances and takes place in the pool
and the gym environment. Nutritional, psychological and tactical advice is
also given.
