Simon Coe
Simon is a qualified Level 3 Club Coach and has been involved with
swimming for many years. He has been Head Coach at Orpington Ojays
since September 2006.
He previously coached at White Oak Swimming Club, where for many years
he was a competitive swimming member (competing at County, Regional
and National Level).

in all squads and to ensure all members are able to fulfil their swimming
potential within a friendly team environment.
|
Top squad is for the most able, capable and talented swimmers, who have
the ability and dedication to compete at and above County Championship
level. Training is focused on developing swimmers to very high standards in
all areas, in line with British Swimming recommendations. Training includes
stamina and sprint work, all at varying distances and takes place in the pool
and the gym environment. Nutritional, psychological and tactical advice is
also given.
