You will be able to chose a race and have a brief message to them included in the programme on the appropriate page. Cost £25 which will include entry for two adults for the day.

| à Annual General Meeting |
| The Club’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday March 30th 2010 at 19.15 p.m. in the hall at Darrick Wood Pool.
Nominations for Executive Officers of the Club and for members of the Committee should be forwarded to the Chairman by 8th March 2010. Written notice of any resolution proposed to be moved at the AGM should also be forwarded to the Chairman by that date.

| à ASA fees - FINAL REQUEST |
| Thank you to all those who made payment for this year's ASA fees in good time, however, unfortunately we have a significant number yet to be received. Please would any outstanding payments of £25 per swimmers be made to the Club's account, the details of which can be found on the standing order mandate in the Club Documents section, ensuring that the relevant ASA number is quoted as the reference. To quote the ASA: "If payment & data on ALL members has not been received by the ASA your Club WILL BE SUSPENDED". So as not to put the Club at risk of suspension, any swimmers' registration for which payment has not been received by 10/3/10 will be cancelled. Your co-operation will therefore be much appreciated.
