If you have volunteered to help at the Novices gala, If helping with signing-in please be there for 12.15. All other volunteers, please be there for 12.30 at the latest.
Warm-up at 1pm
☛Swimmers MUST sign-in before 1pm for Session 1

☛If you are swimming in both sessions please sign-in for each session

As posted by Steve, costumes have been chosen and need to be ordered. Hats have also been ordered for swimmers to purchase (unless a JP donation comes forward!!). Alex Sandeman has donated her JP money to Kent polo shirts. These will be £6. I will also put in an order for Hoodies at £16 each should anyone want one. Payment must be made with orders. Monday 6th will be the deadline and will not be extended. The order form will be on the Walnuts noticeboard.

BRONZE SQUAD - BIG SPLASH ONE MILE SWIM 28th April

Attention Bronze squad swimmers - Richard thought it would be a nice idea if some of squad wanted to enter the Swimathon Big Splash swim one mile in aid of sports relief 2012. Its on at the Walnuts on Saturday 28th April at 5.30pm. Swimmers can swim one mile (48 lengths of the Walnuts) either as a team or individually. They have until 8pm to complete the swim and can stop and rest if they want to. The Swimathon website link is http://www.swimathon.org/enter_now.php and if you enter in January the entry fee is half price.
Please let Richard or I know if you have entered your child so that we can arrange lane space with the Walnuts. We will also need a couple of parents per lane to help to count lengths so if you can help please let us know. Thank you.

As has become a tradition over the last few years a costume and jammers has been chosen for the Kents 2012 team. As this is the London Olympic year the Maru Union Jack has been chosen. This can be found from the Shop link on the left under the following categories.

ASA Membership Fees due

It is that time of year when the ASA Membership Fee is due. There are 3 categories to the fee.

Cat 1) £10.40 - Low level or internal club competitions.
Cat 2) £27.20 - Open competition, regional and national.
Cat 3) £4.20 - Non swimming members

Please pay by either bank transfer using swimmers surname and ASA as the reference or cheque on Monday evening. All fees must be received by the end of the month. Failure to register means you cannot swim in competition and you are not covered by the ASA insurance.
